Detroit activists came out in bitter cold to stand in solidarity with Venezuela against the latest attacks on that nation. Responding to a call by the Anti-Fascist Organizing Coalition they held signs and banners in downtown, seen by thousands of motorists during rush hour. Many vehicles honked their horns in support of the demonstrators.
