Wisconsin Bail Out The People Movement (WIBOPM) was founded in June 2011 as an outgrowth of the national Bail Out the People Movement to oppose the trillion-dollar U.S. bank bailout and demand that the people get bailed out instead. WIBOPM is a completely independent organization and is funded entirely by poor and working people.
