Trump’s Department of Justice filed charges against 15 Minnesotans in an effort to punish the resistance we demonstrated while federal troops kidnapped people off the street and murdered Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
That same Trump DOJ has yet to charge anyone for the murder of Renee Good and Alex Pretti, but had the time to produce a 90-page indictment against Minnesotans who simply wanted to keep their neighbors safe.
The news from Ohio last week, when ICE/HSI forces raided the Ohio Organizing Collaborative continues to illustrate how much authoritarianism in the United States continues to strike at our collective organizing power for nothing more than exercising our freedom under democracy.
We stand in solidarity with people are targeted for just trying to keep our communities safe and we support the ongoing work to defend against federal attacks.
